You need an app password to sync your email account. If you do not know how to create an App Password please visit the Creating An App Password page.

Adding App Password

• Step 1 - Click on hamburger menu in top right corner and select “Account”
• Step 2 - Click on “Manage Email”
• Step 3 - Fill in your Name, Email and App Password
