Viewing

There are three places you can see scheduled events.

1. Cubby Home Page - This shows a list of upcoming events across all participants. Calendar items are color coded based on the Cubby or Collaborator color. If a Collaborator is scheduled for drop off or pickup there will be a car icon in the top right hand corner.

2. Cubby Calendar - This shows a list of upcoming events for the specified Cubby only. If a Collaborator is scheduled for drop off or pickup there will be a car icon in the top right hand corner.

You can filter this calendar by the Channel if it is set when you create the event.

3. Global Calendar - This is a view of all of your events for kids that have Cubbys and collaborators that may have events as well. There are four different views:

• Month - Shows how many events per day and clicking on a day will show you the detail of the events
• Week - Shows events by week according to what time they are scheduled
• Timeline Month - Shows Events stacked in order they occur day-by-day

Event Detail - When you click on an event you get the event detail page. In the top right corner you can edit or delete the event. If you added an address to the event when you created it you can click on that address to bring up your maps app and get directions.

Adding & Editing Events

Single and Repeating Events - Simply specify the time and fill in the details of your event. If it is a repeating event select whether it repeats daily or weekly and when it repeats until.

Calendar Import - Import an iCal calendar link (ending in .ics) from an external source like Google Calendar, school apps or sports apps. This imports all calendar events for that calendar but does not update them if they are changed. (Calendar Subscription is coming soon!!)

Bulk Add - This allows you to set common fields like Cubby and Channel. Then add each individual date, time and location. This is great for game schedules.
